Where are you located?

175 Andover Street, Suite 203 in Danvers, MA 01923. Our driveway is on the onramp of route 1 north from rt 114 or behind the Motel 6 on rt 1 North

What are hours of operation?

Hours of operation are TUESDAYS ONLY from10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Prescriptions

Prescription refills are filled with a 72-hour notice. All refill requests should be done through the office (NOT through the pharmacy). Your provider will determine if you have a 30 day or 90 day prescription and the number of refills.

Controlled substances will not be filled for more than 30 days
